Our Story

The year was 2007.
Combining savvy business skills and a keen creative eye, longtime friends Davy Woodward & Jack Manno joined forces to open a studio that would harness boundless imagination while staying on the cutting edge of technology.

ACT 1- The Land of Plenty

In a small loft in Williamsburg, Plenty was born.
Quickly known for its high-end design style and unmatched account services, word of mouth kept these guys busy.
Soon, the company needed a bigger playground. Hell's Kitchen was its name.

ACT 2- Taking Midtown by Storm

With the move came a larger team and a more robust set of toys. A full-service creative agency was formed.
Strategic internal video capabilities were added to the repertoire, complimenting the company’s knack for forward-thinking interactive design and development.
In turn, Plenty became a hidden gem during the “boutique" agency rush, for clients seeking the "not too traditional" creative agency.

Act 3 - The Next Chapter

In 2015, after a relocation and rebrand, the new and improved Troupe Agency was revealed.
It continues to rock on with its one-stop shop of creative offerings. With a testament to perfecting its digital acrobatics, Troupe employs an ever-expanding variety of Design, Motion and Technology solutions for its clients.

MEET THE TROUPE

Jack Manno
Partner, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jack co-founded Plenty in 2007. With over a decade in the digital space, he's managed and built hundreds of interactive online platforms for global and national brands. Jack leads Troupe’s project work, and has expanded its family of clients steadily since the company was formed. Before digital life, he worked as a flavor scientist by day and hip hop DJ by night. Above all, he lives for his 2 little boys.

Max Dutton
Developer

Max loves art, design and code. He hates olives. No other information is available.

Elizabeth Kaplan
Project Manager

Elizabeth has worked at Troupe since 2014 as a Project Manager. A Queens native, her background includes design, copywriting, and marketing. When she is not wireframing or reminding clients of deadlines, she can be found sneaking out to sample sales and watching bulldog videos on Instagram.

Elizabeth Lopez
Lead Designer

Liz, our Lead Designer and unofficial social media aficionado, began at Troupe as an intern and has been climbing creatively ever since. Her daily routine consists of destroying her posture as she perfects pixels in Photoshop and taking snapchats of her coffee art.

DAVY WOODWARD
Partner, CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Davy is co-founder and Creative Director of Troupe. Working with clients such as Vogue, Samsung, Deloitte, and Amex has given Davy the opportunity to create wildly diverse campaigns that gain national exposure. With a solid commitment to usability and aesthetic, Davy leads creative teams in developing imaginative experiences fueled by emerging technologies and understanding of human nature. He also loves sweets, so guard your chocolate.

David Yang
Developer

David is a web developer specializing in front-end wizardry and breaks the boundaries of customization within frameworks like WordPress and the like. When he is not coding, he's eating pizza and dominating fantasy leagues. Oh, and his sneaker collection is on fleek!
